Arrival

We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to any scheduled treatment and that your mobile phones are on silent mode or switched off during your visit to Glo Spa. Please note that late arrival will result in a reduced treatment time at full fee levied.

Consent & Information Form

Each client will be requested to complete an indemnity form on arrival.  We request that all information be completed truthfully and completely in order for Glo Spa to recommend and perform treatments accordingly.  Glo Spa will not be held liable for any theft, damage, loss, misfortune or injury that may occur on our premises.

Cancellation

A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.  Cancellation within 12 hours or less will incur a 100% charge of all treatments booked.

Group Bookings (two or more persons / two or more hours)

Glo Spa will request advance payment for group bookings or treatments booked with a scheduled duration longer than two hours.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the treatment prices, but please feel free to add something extra for your therapist when paying at reception.
